In line with providing our customers with the best quality and client experience, we have established a considerate refund policy.

Lufian.online sells advertisements in addition to providing marketing services to its clients online. 

We plan each project by dividing work into milestones. All projects begin with a complete discovery/analysis and the creation of a scope of work. This is done to make sure that both parties have a complete understanding of the work required and thus eliminate the potential for project cancellations, reversals, or disputes.

A refund is not allowed if the assignment has already been initiated or completed since it requires time and resources to complete every page and every milestone. 

Cancellations must be made 5 days prior to the ad schedule launch for a refund.

Purchaser is solely responsible for: 

  • Choices were made regarding the services purchased.
  • Not allowing children or other unauthorized family members or friends to access your credit cards or your account at the payment site to ensure that no one pays for a purchase without your express permission.

Since quality work takes time, no refund is possible for work that has been completed.

RETURNS

Due to the digitization of goods and services, we are unable to issue refunds. However, please contact us at contact@lufian.online if you are unable to receive a refund.

Unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded.

As of now, we don’t have any feature for gifting or promo codes.

SHIPPING

Everything is available online. No need for physical shipping. 

DOUBLE PURCHASE

In case of a double payment, the refund will be 100%. Usually, our system is set to detect such transactions and refund most of them. But if due for any reason those actions are not taken, please email us at contact@lufian.online.
